At Coastal Reflections we operate on a fee for service basis. Please note that our fees are covered by many extended health plans, as well as by ICBC and Crime Victim’s Assistance if you are eligible under their requirements. You do not need a referral from your physician to book an appointment. Our rates are standard and recommended by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. We offer a free 30 minute consultation to meet you, answer your questions and determine a fit with a counsellor.
Rates
The fee for a therapeutic hour (50 min) includes the time in session, preparation and record keeping. Although our fees are consistent with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, we offer a sliding scale for those who cannot pay the full fee. Contact us today to learn about these options.
| Individual Counselling: | $150 per 50-minute session |
| Family Counselling: | $165 per 50-minute session |
| Couples Counselling: | $165 per 50-minute session |
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit card, or e-transfer and is due at the end of the session. We provide receipts which may be submitted to extended health plans for re-imbursement.
